I highly recommend Mr Mihai as a maths tutor. He is highly qualified, with a deep understanding of all maths concepts. He is always happy to teach, and has an incredible talent at breaking down complex topics and making them easy to grasp.  His excellent teaching has truly augmented my mathematical abilities, and has brought up my grades from a C to an A* He provides ample exam revision materials and is always happy to go through any additional questions I may have. Mihai taught me IB (International Baccalaureate) Maths Higher Level at the then Sussex Coast College Hastings. The strong foundation that he built helped me successfully navigate through my Civil Engineering Education at New York University in the US. Calculus, Vectors, Matrices, Probability and Statistics, Set Theory and all the other topics he taught us proved so relevant at university. His classes were always fun, and full of rigor. I felt I had learned something new in every session. It really made IB Maths HL (considered one of the toughest subjects of the IB Diploma program) fun and easy. He also coordinated the Alfa-Beta Maths Club where every week he would introduce us to "applications of maths beyond coursebook." He is a very passionate teacher with a deep love for the subject and truly cares about the learning of his students. He carries my strongest recommendations. Sometimes I only wish I can go back and be his student again. I truly do. :)
